SALES	Up to €110,000 ……………………………..fixed fee €7,000 From €110,001 to €300,000 ……………………………5 % From €300,001 to €500,000 ………………………….4.5 % From €500,001 to €800,000 …………………………….4 % Above €800,000 ………………………….………………3.5 % Based on the seller’s net price
BUSINESS ASSETS & LEASE TRANSFER	10 % excl. VAT of the transfer price, paid by the transferee Fixed fee: €5,000 incl. VAT for any amount below €50,000
PARKING SPACE SALES	Fixed fee: €3,000 incl. VAT, paid by the buyer
Commercial premises & Professional premises	25 % excl. VAT of the annual base rent, paid by the tenant.
